We are looking for help on following area: * QuickBooks - enter invoices, pay bills and other basic accounting and compliance related work * Filing and organizing the documents * logistics work with all our incoming container shipments. Working with custom brokers and freight companies for delivery of shipment. * updating customers on shipments status. Skills: * well organized * multi-tasking * some basic knowledge of accounting * comfortable with EXCEL, WORD. Benefits: * Full time opportunity * Pay 36k to 45k range depending on experience
