House Cleaning for AirBnb

Gig Description

We are looking for someone to clean a big house in NW DC for AirBnb guests on August 20 (this Thursday) and September 1 from 11 AM to 5 PM, with future dates to come. This could turn into a regular every other week cleaning job with more intense jobs when we AirBnb the place (a few times a year). We will pay competitive rates, but need someone with a lot of experience cleaning big houses and preferably for AirBnb or corporate housing. There will be some laundry involved just to switch out sheets, normal bathroom and kitchen cleaning. This is perfect for someone who needs income now but might be interested in a regular cleaning job going forward. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
