We are looking for 10 residents Montgomery County who are available THIS Friday, Dec 4th from 10am - 2pm for a VIRTUAL focus group. This is a REMOTE group! We will be 'meeting' via zoom, and you will be compensated $30/hour for your time. You will need your own computer or mobile phone to participate. The meeting will last about 4 hours. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
