Gig Description

I would like three new outlets installed, 4 outlets changed, the outside porch light replaced, and my ceiling fan fixed- I’m not sure if it’s the motor or a voltage issue. It appears that when I turn the fan on, it goes super fast for about 30-60 seconds then goes slow but the cycle keeps repeating.

Please provide me with your price for each of the four projects and I will determine if I will use different people or the same for all four projects.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
