Repair Coffee Machine - Saeco Primea TouchPlus Cappacino

The issue is with the grinder. The machine turns on, however no beans drop and grind. The grinder does not spin. There is a slight humming sound but the beans do not spin and grind. I have tried the steps in the instruction manual to adjust the grinder setting inside (opening width with a hex Allen wrench) and it did not help. I have cleared the machine of beans, there is nothing stuck.

I love this machine and hope someone can help fix it or send me to the right place! There is no specific date or time that this has to be done, I am just forced to select a date to post.
