My name is Daehan Lee. My wife and I are having a wedding reception on Saturday, May 6th. We are looking to hire 2-3 Wedding Day Assistants to provide support to our Wedding Day Coordinator. 

The event will be at Solace Brewing Company in Sterling, VA from 4:30pm to 10pm. The hours can be flexible but most likely from 3pm-10pm. There is no ceremony, it will just be the reception. The type of event is for guests to come drink, eat, and party. The itinerary of the reception will be 4:30 - 5:30 cocktail hour, 5:30 - 6:30 Dinner/speeches/games, and 6:30 to 10 drinking and dancing. 

Wedding Day Assistant’s primary responsibilities will be drink & trash pick up, help prep the venue, food set up, food refill, water jug refill, cleaning, etc. Dinner will be buffet style, guests will be serving themselves. Essentially proactive tasks that need to be done throughout the event for a success reception.
