Hi, we are looking for someone affordable to be able to fix my electrical water heater. I have tried to turn it on and off and also reset the breaker box to see if that would help. We can't take any more freezing cold showers. I don't know if it's just a fix or needs to be replaced. I am on a tight budget right now so an affordable help with seriously help me. i will pay just not sure the cost would be.
