Licensed and insured professional needed for basement upgrade.  Upgrade includes:

  1. Removal of carpet (under 500 sq ft) - haul away and disposal of existing carpet
  2. Replace w/LVP (materials provided) 
  3. Install Quarter Round (materials provided)
  4. Install 4-6 recessed lights and supporting electric wire, etc.
  5. Install LED mirror (bathroom)
  6. Install closet door (smaller room)
  7. Install wet bar (counter, sink, faucet)
  8. Install shelves
  9. Some painting
  10. Additional work may be needed.
