I need someone to remove about 800 sq ft of grass/sod from my backyard. I do NOT want the area tilled or cultivated; I want the grass removed. 

The grass can be used elsewhere by the worker or left for me to dispose of; either way.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
