Looking for someone local to check on outside grounds of property regularly in the Church Hill neighborhood. Basically pick up a couple pieces of trash, pick a weed or two, check some drains are clear, etc.  Occassional larger weeding, trimming maintenance. 

not enough work to justify a gardener time. 

Best if have local ties to Church Hill to make regular checks part of weekly activities
