Wood furniture repair on chippendale chair with cracked back support

Gig Description

I just inherited an old chippendale chair and 1 of the back supports has cracked. It looks like it was repaired once as it has 2 small braces (photos). You can see the crack above the armrest. The part below the armrest is firm but above the armrest it "wiggles." I'd like to have it repaired so there's no "wiggle" above the armrest. Can deliver it to you or feel free to come to my place.
