We are expecting Baby #2 in October and have two cats at home. We are looking for a local neighbor to come 3 times a week and do some basic cat-care duties. Would be a perfect opportunity for a pre-teen/teenager to make some extra cash - willing to pay $40/week.


We will be home taking care of toddler and a newborn. We’d like someone to come in and do the following (probably 15 minute visit):

- Fill the water and hard food dispenser

- Clean the litter box

- Give some love to the kitties if they're hanging around.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
