Need outboard motor fixed. It won't trim down. Tilt up no problem.

I have a small 2.5hp Suzuki Outboard Motor. it will tilt up no problem. It just won't trim down all the way. I am pretty sure the problem is the metal latch is bent or the springs need adjusted. Let me know if you can do it. thanks
