My refrigerator is cool but not  freezing I tried replacing the start run capacitor and diode and temperature control in the refrigerator with the thermostat.  I think it must be the defrost thing in the back of the freezer. I turned the defrost timer and it seems to work

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
