Will be removing windows to replace the balancers. When we do that we would like you to sand and paint the frames. We already have the interior and exterior paint for both sides. You bring your own tape and brushes. Seven windows.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
