Have a rental that just became vacant and I have some issues that need to be fixed.

1. Gutter extenders replaced

2. Fence post replacement. Appears to be just one

3. One light cover replacement (think it’s referred to as a wall sconce) 

4. And Fence lock redone. Currently has nails sticking out of it

5. Torn blinds replaced


Must have a way to pay electronically. No Cash transactions

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
