Looking for an INSURED worker who can do various types of work for us, including:

  • Cutting bushes and small trees (chainsaw provided)
  • General landscaping 
  • Sanding and painting
  • Moving appliances
  • Demolition work (removing ceiling and baseboard heaters)
  • Digging trenches
  • Etc.

Jobs will be here and there, ongoing, for the rest of 2024. Please provide an hourly rate for the work you offer.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
