I had a heated floor system installed in January but some really awful contractors. It worked fine until a few weeks ago when the thermostat kept indicating GCFI tripped. I tried resetting multiple times with same outcome. I had a very good electrician come by and diagnosed the problem-the direct and indirect circuit are communicating leading to the problem. He does not have the tools or expertise to pinpoint where the problem is and referred me to Thermic Solutions who does not answer their phone or return emails.
