I need someone to move a queen size mattress and foam topper from an apartment ( with an elevator) in Foggy Bottom to the second floor of my house in East Village  of Georgetown ( approx. 1.5 miles). It will not fit in a car but should fit in a SUV/ Van.   I also need the person to assemble the metal bedframe that I have at my house.

need a plumber to snake my kitchen drain

Kitchen sink is clogged,  need someone to snake and break the clog.   I tried snaking using a bigbox store snake and couldnt break thru,  so maybe someone with a larger auger bit can clear it.   the rest of the house drains well (washing machine, shower,  toilets, etc),  so the clog has to be between the sink and the join to the main line exiting the house.
