We have a very old safe that is proving a tough nut to crack. It is very heavy, with concrete and metal enforcement. We are willing to pay for someone to come have a try getting this thing opened! Starting at $100, and willing to go up depending on how labor intensive/complicated it gets.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
