Job Summary:

The field service technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, analyzing and repairing various brands of fitness equipment. The technician will also perform preventative maintenance on all equipment based on manufacturer guidelines and customer agreements. The role will provide a high level of client care and technical troubleshooting to resolve product and customer concerns. The technician will ensure a sound working relationship with customers by providing professional and courteous service with a commitment to identifying solutions, offering recommendations, and providing for the customer’s needs.
