Tear out old shower pan and bottom rows of wall tile approx 50 sq ft. Shower pan is 12 sq ft. Also tile the shower jam sill and jams around the entry way. Install new shower pan and drain (shower pan kit) , prep walls and bench with waterproof backerboard (kerdi board), tile the walls, bench, shower pan, entry jam and grout. you will need to supply shower pan, all thinset, grout, backerboard, and new drain.i will supply the tile.Thank you.
