POSITION: EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER Charlotte NC

This client is returning to us to fill a live out housekeeping position. 

This role would suit an experienced self starter who enjoys working independantly. 

Individuals seeking a longterm role best suited  a Monday-Friday 9-5 work week.The ocassional request for weekends with notice. 

Duties to include: 

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,
dusting, polishing, and sanitizing of kitchen and bathrooms to maintain the
cleanliness and standards of the home.
• Care of fine furnishings including artwork and rugs
• Making beds and changing linens
• Launder and iron clothes and linens with occasional small mending tasks
• Polish silver
• Organize closets and storage spaces
• Clean, tidy, and organize outdoor living spaces.
• Clean outdoor grill
• Water indoor and exterior plants and planted pots
• Schedule and supervise vendors for repairs of equipment when needed
• Inventory and purchase groceries and household supplies
• Run requested errands such as mailing letters, packages and picking up food
orders
• Occasionally plan and cook light meals
• Assist with holiday decorating
• Set up and clean up for occasional guests and family gatherings

Must have minimum of 5 years experience in large homes, be organized, able to commuicate with vendors
