My AC compressor sits on my balcony.  Where the wires go into the house, there is a leak when it rains.  I need a cap on this or have to resealed to stop the leak.  I also need the drywall repaired.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
