I am purchasing a fixer upper and need to open up the kitchen. It is a galley kitchen. I want to remove a wall possibly that is load bearing.  I'm looking for a reputable company with engineers to ensure it remains structurally sound while redesigning the space.   An added bonus would be the same company able to build a garage, but that is not a requirement. References required.icensed and insured a must

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
