Seeking a First Aid and CPR certified childcare provider who can assist my two school aged children in zoom and guide my preschooler through morning online learning. Will need to be available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Hourly rate is $15 per hour paid by cashapp, paypal or other electronic payment provider. Willing to pay higher rate for W-9 employee. Must be a non-smoker with clear background. Must provide proof of residency/license and practice precautions in regards to COVID-19, exposure and social distancing. Please email for further details. Need to start immediately.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
