I just discovered that water if coming in through my roof and need help fixing that. I have no prior knowledge of any roof work done prior to me taking ownership of the property. I know I can not afford a new roof by any means but need to know my best options preventing any more water damage to it.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
