I have some rotted wood on exterior window frames that needs replacing and painting.,  a small deck step that needs to be replaced,  a piece of soffit that needs to be replaced and some exterior painting in a door, porch columns, and a porch ceiling. The house is in Fairfax, VA.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
