In need of porch repairs. My front porch is rotted and has a soft spot, I believe the wood on the roof of the porch is rotting as well. I really need someone with experience on older/historic homes who is reliable and not extremely expensive.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
