I live in a townhouse in Germantown and need help shoveling my walkway and sidewalk and digging out my car. They are expecting significant snowfall this winter. I want someone who can come each storm so must be consistent. Must have own shovel and prefer someone close by. Will pay each time you come to shovel. I will supply ice melt.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
