Hi, I need someone who is capable of helping me re-organize my furnished basement. I have a couple of items, a Rocking Chair & Bicycle I would like to take over to my storage unit for safe keeping and help me hang some clothes back in the closets. In other words re-organize my basement. Serious Inquiries only: Minimum 2.5 hours The pay is $20 per hour. I may be able to find other things for you to do. I've had back surgery and can not do any lifting. I need this done before December 11th Good Christmas money for someone!

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
