-Install landscape lighting 
-Upgrade to 200 AMP Service Panel 
-Add 4 additional recessed lights between existing recessed in family room
-Separate two lights to their own switches
-Add 2 additional recessed lights between existing in bedroom and move existing over several inches (there is enough slack in romex this was done quickly in other rooms without needing to rewire). 
-Connect smart light switch 
i have a full size attic that allows easy access for electrical work.
