I am looking for a housekeeper for my adult son who lives in a condo apartment that I own in the Highpointe Condos near the JFX and Cold Spring Lane. It is a small 2BR and one bath unit. 
My son needs help in keeping the apartment clean, organized, and clutter free. Light meal preparation would be nice but not essential. REFERENCES ARE A MUST. One, two or even three visits a week would be good depending on the cost. The initial visits would probably be the most time consuming.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
