My heater isn’t working. Every time I turn it on it runs for 3 minutes then the thermostat clicks and goes completely blank. The heat turns off and won’t work. 
someone came and changed my thermostat back to the old one because the echobee went blank but I desperately need help within reason.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
