Executive Housekeeper - Live-In or Live-out in Butler MD
 
Retired couple is looking for a full-time housekeeper for their 10k square foot residence. They have 2 small dogs. This position is mainly in Butler, MD M-F but you will need to travel to Maine with them in the summers. There are no children in the home.
 
There is a seperate cottage on site for a live-in person
 
The required duties would be familiar to an experienced housekeeper and we will email full job description to interested parties. 
Interested applicants must have min 5 years experience  working in a similar size home and be comfortable with handling guests and vendors. 
 
 
 
Salary $80K DOE and Benefits

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
