Need experienced tile setter to install new tiles in foyer. The current floring is hardwood. Must complete project in four days. One day for demo and prep of subfloor, one day to set tile, another day to apply grout and last day to clean excess grout / haze. Payment will be made in three increments.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
