moving form a 2 bedroom into a studio so i need to store some items: 
the largest item would be the sofa (ikea) a small tv stand, a small storage cabinet, the tv, and maybe some lightweight metal shevels (that we can put the bins on :-)
about 20 boxes/bins  none larger than medium moving mox...and only 4-6 medium sized tubs.

won't need to move stuff to the new place just into the storage facility.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
