My standard poodle pup (almost a year old) is friendly, not aggressive, just a big, excited goofball.  He's had some basic training (still a long way to go) and has been groomed, but he has developed a fear of getting in the car.  He's too big for me to load him in the car.  He's getting neutered in mid-January and needs to groomed before then.  He has matting in some places, is dirty and definitely needs a trim.
