Hi, Starting May 14th, I need 1 person to help me mow a HOA in Lovetsville, Va.. Typically takes about 3hrs with 2 people. This is reoccurring every Tuesday (unless it rains, which would make it a wed) for 4 weeks..Last mowing would be June 4th. Some mowing mostly edging/trimmer work. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
