Hello - looking for an honest and resonably priced plumber to help with some small jobs:

-tighten kitchen faucet.  my daughter pulled out the nozzle too far, and when we tried to feed it back in, the faucet got loose and now twists around on the sink

-unclog kid's sink.  who knows what got in there (hair etc).  just needs to be unblocked.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
