Gig Description

We need a deep clean in a renovated basement bedroom/bathroom - we just moved in and it’s the one room in the house that needs work because of renovation dust.  If it works out and you’re interested, this can turn into a regular gig cleaning the whole house (3 floors, 4 bedrooms).  Please bring along whatever cleaning equipment you like to use.  We have the soaps and rags.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
