SEEKING YARD + MISC HELP for TODAY (sat 5/6) and TOMORROW (sat 5/7).

I need several people for several hours (in any combination 😄) to help with: packing and moving boxes, disassembling a couple of pieces of furniture, weeding, and spreading mulch. 

My house goes on the market next week and I have a lot of small tasks to do before that happens.

I'm happy to pay $20 per hour for help but the task cost will depend on how much time you can help for.

Time is flexible, just let me know what works for you.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
