Rented TH has mice problem need to seal areas mice are or could be entering. 2 areas in attic have a little gap light shows through from outside back 1/3 way from left side & on right side when in front near middle. If find wood trim anywhere is rotted or losing its wrap - then replace with PVC.

Seal 2 holes at either end of the front main level Bay window underside plus a gap between the underside and the brick. 

Bid labor. Need tall ladder as roof up 3 stories on back, 2 stories front. Need drivers license, insurance & contractor or home improvement license - like copies emailed. I will reimburse for materials based on receipt & use on project & usable remainder being left for me. All debris to be removed. Payment upon walkthrough showing satisfactory quality & completion. Also provision by contractor of closeups of work near roof line.
