I need a few exterior trims boards replaced (rake, fascia, etc) on a single family ranch in Vienna. I can supply material or reimburse. Would like boards replaced and caulked. Prefer done in the next few weeks.

I have other miscellaneous work that needs done at this and other properties (minor drywall, plumbing, etc) and am happy to keep you busy. Knowledge of various code (electrical, plumbing, etc) plus.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
