Looking for a handyman who can install shoe molding in the corners and edges. As you can see in the pics, I have installed all toe shoe molding but can’t do the corners because don’t have proper tools. Need someone to finish it. I have no more than 10 corners like this in the pic. May be 1-2 hrs job for you. Need ASAP. Please give your price.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
