I need someone to work part-time or full time outdoors for 100+ hours, especially on week-ends, for a 1099 hourly wage of $22.00/ hour, using all my tools and materials, to do the following list of things at my home near Gainesville VA. You need to have work boots, work clothes and eye protection and gloves. I will provide use of a clean bathroom with water. I am only interested in paying hourly wage- so no fixed price quotes needed. Work is to progress steadily and safely with no excessive texting or phone calls. Payment made at the end of each day with company check- filling out a W9 form is required. Looking for dependable person who is willing to take instructions, with no drama and no drugs.
1. Hang 40 pictures in the home office.
2. Mount 4 cameras @ 10’high and wire them to dvr and monitor.
3. Pull 100’ of 12-2 Romex and 100’ of 14-2 Romex through 2” conduit.
4. Wire and Mount 3 spotlights fixture at about 8’ above grade on a shed. No work in panel.
5. Wire and Mount, 4 outdoor sconces, 3 outlets and 3 switches on a shed. No work in panel.
6. Pressure wash house- No high ladder work- just what can be reached on an 8’ step ladder.
7. Pressure wash a detached workshop.
8. Pressure wash a covered porch.
9. Pressure wash an open deck.
10. Drape and cover siding with plastic, then brush and roll stain on all wood on covered porch.

12. Fix- replace many 12 volt running and tail lights on several trailers and an old dump truck.
13. Paint low shed flat metal roof with one coat primer, then one finish coat.
14. Caulk and Paint 8 exterior doors- panels- gray, jambs and trim- white.
15. Spray black stain on 620 L.F. of 3 rail fence using electric paint sprayer.
16. Build 2x4 forms for about 500 s.f. of concrete patio slab. Cut and place wire mesh mats.
17. Build 36’ of 3 board fence with wire.
18. Replace plywood floor in small travel trailer then install laminate floor.
19. Run electric concrete curb extruder to form curbing around flower beds.
