Hi, I would like a doorway cut into a cinder block load bearing wall attached to a garage. And I also need some kind of entry made into the attic, preferably a staircase in a closet built from scratch or pull down stairs if that’s not possible. This will require cutting into very thick beams. Thank you.

I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently.
