I remodeled my parents bathroom and have the new hardy board in and shower pan, but need the tile set and grouted. I have all material onsite and ready to go. This should take no more than 8-10 hours. Willing to pay $200 cash which is at worst $20/hour or if done in 8 hours $25/hour. We are in the Plumbing and Mechanical Trade and don't want to offer $10-12 an hour, we feel this is reasonable and a good rate. Thanks. I'm not having 4-5 people through my parents during this all. The photo is of the bathroom before removing and replacing everything. No carpentry work needs done only tile work. The shower pan liner was leaking and redid that and the rest of the bathroom. The tile is simple 12x12 ceramic and then a ceramic mosaic shower base. Again, all material onsite Cash will be paid upon completion, we understand this will be a two day task with the thin set, then grouting. So the money will be paid in full upon completion of sponging the tile after grouting. Not before. Please send photos of the work you have done
