Need about two acres bush hogged. It is currently field grass and butts up to a creek. My house sits on the property but the developer did not clear the other side of the creek. I need a LICENSED appliances technician

My built-in microwave was installed in 2022, but the house remained unoccupied until June 2024. The microwave has been in use since then without any issues until recently. A few days ago, I noticed an electrical burning smell after using the microwave for more than two minutes.
