Gig Description

I have my property located at 11604, Tall Pines Dr, Germantown, MD 20876. The property has two rooms in the basement. Each room has a window which does not meet requirements of Egress window. I need a Maryland licensed contractor who will come out with an estimate to have these two windows expanded to mee the requirements of Egress windows.  Attached to this Gig is the size of the egress window along with the windows to be expanded.

need a plumber to snake my kitchen drain

Kitchen sink is clogged,  need someone to snake and break the clog.   I tried snaking using a bigbox store snake and couldnt break thru,  so maybe someone with a larger auger bit can clear it.   the rest of the house drains well (washing machine, shower,  toilets, etc),  so the clog has to be between the sink and the join to the main line exiting the house.
